A good dictation/transcription system

Last week I was looking for the same things. I went to Transcriptiongear.com and looked at the WAVpedals, software, DocShuttle. I was quite impressed by the many features this offered, not to mention less dollars. There is a setup where you can offer hand-held portable dictation and/or dial-up to physicians which equals convenience, ease of use, professional results, etc. It's almost like a downsized version of what hospitals use.
