In Word you can set up automatic numbering:
1) On toolbar go to FORMATS
2) Bullets and numbering
3) Numbered, and will show samples. Select and okay.
You might want to change word spacing if it is double-spaced.
Now, when typing the impression do: IMPRESSION:
1.[tab if wanted] diagnosis, enter
The #2 will appear then type your diagnosis, enter.
The #3 will appear, and so on and so on. end #ing by enter twice.
