Hi I have been having this pop ad appearing on my computer for weeks now. It covers the whole screen in blue with a small dialog box that says your PC is infected and to click yes or cancel to disinfect. When I click cancel it goes away, but keeps coming back. If I click yes, it takes me to an ad for ComputerShield and that I can download it for a price and I get rid of all that, but it still comes up multiple times usually in the morning first time turning on the computer. I've taken it to the shop recently and they removed spyware and installed a new video thing and they installed ad-aware 6.0 and the thing still keeps coming up after I scan with that. This morning it kept coming up and I kept cancelling it and then I got a fatal excpetion and had to shut down via the power button. I'm not sure if I posted this in the right spot, this looked like the best one. I'd appreciate any advise. Thank you
