If the document comes to you in the font that is required by the company, you type the macro in that font, and then insert it into the document it would have to be in that font. Have you checked the original document to be sure it is in the correct font? One other thing you could try is to insert the macro, make corrections, and then at the end highlight the document and change the font at that point. May be time consuming but would not be as frustrating as redoing the macros time and time again.
