Font changing in MS Word

I have done what you recommend more times than I care to remember. The problem is that the document s already formatted when I get it. (I am editing, not actually creating the document). I am supposed to just put in the macros. I have recreated the macros several times in the font the company wants, but when I run them, the font still changes. I would much rather use AutoText too, but my boss doesn't like it and it doesn't work with the way she has set up the document before I get it. Thanks for the suggestion though.
