MS Word Font & Macros

I am working for a company that wants me to start using Word macros. Frankly, I would rather spend a day at the dentist's. To make matters worse, every time I set one up, then try to insert it into a document, the font changes to Times New Roman 12, which is not the font the company wants. I have set the font to what the company wants as a default in every place I know of in my computer, but it keeps happening. I Does Bill Gates have some sort of THING for Times New Roman 12? Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it or should I quit MT, get a job at WalMart and buy a MacIntosh? ANY help will be appreciated. Totally Frustrated
( run Windows 2000 Pro and Office 2000. )
