go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Office <------ this is where your new .acl is located. It could be named MSO####.acl (where #### varies). My file is named MSO1033.acl.

Go to the autocorrect file that you backed up. Rename this file, if needed, to match the same name of the new .acl file. After you have renamed your backup autocorrect, copy that file to the new folder C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR NAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Office.
