When you go to one of those "all you can eat" bars, the management doesn't expect all of their patrons to have gargantuan appetites (7-8 plates overflowing with everything, especially shrimp and crab legs).

That's pretty much what the MT business can require. Eight hours a day, five to six days a week (or sometimes more).
