No. The fee is a hardware rental fee used to help support the costs of the PC's provided by MQ for the MT's use, as well as the support costs in the case of replacements being shipped out. How much do you think it costs to ship out a PC? Now increase the cost by shipping it out overnight express. The main advantage of renting a PC from Medquist is that their tech support group knows exactly how the PC is set up. The next biggest advantage is that they can ship out a replacement at the drop of a hat.
