Going Digital Check List

(1) I downloaded the MPCount, so now I'm set up to have what I type calculated. It did seem to work for me, as I tested it out with the reports I have done on MSWord. (2) I see that I can download a software player, Express Scribe, from NCH Swift Sound, for free. (3) So, all I need is a foot pedal and headset?

Is this all I will need to be able to go digital? Is DSL necessary and/or FTP?

I'm still trying to understand all this digital stuff!
