MTSHELL Autokeys to Word

Is it possible to transfer your MTShell autokeys to Microsoft Word? I have them backed up on a disk.

Any help greatly appreciated.

If you open a copy of your AKs - in word, it'll show up as sm 18:29:24 01/11/05 (0)
