I'm sorry I'm not making myself clear. I have broadband internet that I use for other hospitals who have internet access to connect live to their system and type their work in their system. This client hospital, however, does not have access on the internet, so I have to use a dial-up connection from my computer into their computer in order to type the files directly on their software. So, I connect to the hospital for the 6 or 8 hours that I am typing into their Meditech software. I also dial-up with my Lanier to hear the dictation to type into their system.

The dial-up is not vpn. It is just a simple dial into the hospital I am typing for.

So, this dial-up connection completely takes over how I would access the internet as my computer thinks the dial-up I am on is the server I would access the internet with. So it is looking for the internet server by looking at the dial-up I am currently on, so it never finds the internet.

I hope now it is more clear. Thanks for trying to understand.
