Ok, you are using broadband on your computer, such as DSL or cable, yet your account has a dial up. Do you mean dial up with another machine or you are trying to dial up with your computer? Are you using VPN through your employer? If so, you have to let the company know of your connection. It doesn't make sense though, if you have broadband and access your account via the internet, then using a dial up doesn't make any sense unless you are using the dialup for a Lanier station or some such thing. Please explain in detail.
