PlayAll Xtra foot pedal not working with XP

Well, sort of. I just got a new computer with XP. I have installed my PlayAll Xtra and foot pedal. I can import files, but when I press the foot pedal to play them, they play for about 4 seconds and then completly stop. I have un-installed, re-installed, and re-booted about 100 times and am getting the same thing everytime. The file plays fine when I press the "play" button, but won't play completed with the foot pedal.... HELP!!!!
