Need Help

Am just beginning transcription over Internet and have no idea how to cut and paste from a document to email, nor how to drop and drag from email to my computer to do the transcribing. I have a WAV pedal -- when work comes in, where is it going to go? Media, Jukebox and how do I then access it? If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
