Plug it into the back of your computer. Depending on your version of Windows, the computer may try to install the drivers itself.

Otherwise, you have to go to Windows start menu, settings, control panel, add new hardware and manually install it as a Sound, Video and Game Controller.

Try it out, see if it will work. If not, let us know and I'll email you the detailed instructions I have to do the manual install and configuration of a wav pedal.
