Meditech Parity Error (250ch)..HELP.sm

Sometimes when I try to connect to the clinic I work for, I get the big ole gray box popping up and it will tell me Parity Error (250ch)and then I can not connect. No one seems to know why. It can last all day and sometimes a day or two and I am blocked from working. Anyone know how to fix this? It is only for the dial-up Meditech not when I use the VPn, but one account is not VPN and then I can not access to work. HELP.... Tif
