I have both Instant Text and Smarttype word expander programs and cannot get either of them to work with a program called IType (Futurenet). I have tried to talk with the technicians of both companies and have gotten no where. Has anyone got any suggestions or had any experience with this transcription platform? Please e-mail me with any suggestions. TIA
