Misspelled word in autocorrect -sm

Thanks to all who responded. Just wanted to share what I found out. In order to remove the misspelled word, you have to edit the custom dictionary. All words entered into Autocorrect go into the custom dictionary. To do so, open the Spelling and Grammar dialogue box (Alt, T, O, Spelling and Grammar), choose Options, click Dictionaries, open Custom Dictionary, select Edit (becuase you are removing a word already entered). Find the misspelled word and delete it. Be sure to go back to the Spelling and Grammar dialogue box and replace the check mark at Check Spelling As You Type. This worked for me.
