Meditech - non-windows based

I am wondering, it is possible to dial into a hospital using Meditech with a dial around long distance service. Using this service, I would have to dial, an 800 number, then a 9 digit code number, then the 1+ the hospital number. Is this even possible to put into a Meditech dialer? I suppose there would have to be pause breaks in there too.
