I currently transcribe for a physician using cassette tapes. My husband is in the military and we are being transferred to another state. I am looking for some information on how to keep this account (we will be moving back to this area in a few years after my husband retires) and also what type of equipment I would need to be able to use to send files and what I need to do to keep within standards as far as an HIPPA and electronic medical record.
