Programming Dictaphone for call waiting

Does anyone know how to program Dictaphone to work with call waiting? I had my phone programmed and it got deprogrammed and now I don't remember what I had in there. I know you first need to put the dictation on hold, but I don't remember what the code for that was, and then you need to program another button to pick up the call waiting. Any help would GREATLY be appreciated. Thanks.
