Instant Text is an expander program that could be used for your GI & Ortho work, or any other work that you may aqcuire. You can customize Instant Text to work however you'd like.

AutoCorrect is the cheapest expander because it is free with MS Word. Instant Text is a bit more but you get a lot for your money..you can save over 50% of input time and can convert any previous expander files/glossaries that you have used in the past.
