Olympus DS-3000 author ID question

I notice in the ads for the Olympus DS-3000 recorder it says that you can store up to ten author IDs so that the recorder can be shared between authors. I get one author ID entered, but then can't figure out what to do next to enter more.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
