Sunday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
Interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient assessment, therapeutic procedures, clinical course or diagnostics, in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of health care services. Transcriptionist will be physically located at CASB in Roanoke. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year experience trascribing medical dictation or a graduate of a recognized school of Medical Transcription. Must have excellent typing skills and some computer knowledge. Works with little supervision and works under deadline conditions, maintaining high levels of concentration for long periods of time. Contact Information
