Req. Hardware/Software: Transcend Services provides all necessary equipment, including state-of-the-art computers and monitors with 24x7 coverage from our Technical Support Group so that if something happens to your system, we can get you back up and running quickly.

Method of Sending/Receiving files: Candidates MUST have access to DSL or cable modem services. No satellite or wireless, as they do not work well with our encryption software. Dial-up is acceptable for these accounts.

Job Description: TWO openings are left -- see the shifts available below. Provide permanent medical transcription services to acute care accounts based in Chicago that are clients of Transcend Services, Inc. These accounts use Laniers (which we will provide), but candidates MUST have 2 phone lines and DSL or cable Internet (or be able to get it). The Lanier will dial into an 800 number. To work on these accounts, you will receive a $0.005 cpl differential to cover the cost of the 2nd phone line. If you own and maintain your own Lanier (not Dictaphone) that you can use for this account, we will pay you an additional $0.005 cpl.

The ONLY Available shifts are:

Tu-Sa 6:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. EST

Su-Th 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. EST - pays 0.01 cpl shift differential
