The qualified candidate will have experience transcribing various inpatient and outpatient medical reports by physicians and other healthcare providers. Must be graduate of accredited secretarial school or equivalent; minimum typing speed 60 wpm and excellent word processing skills; thorough knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy/physiology; excellent written/verbal communication skills; and strong skills in English grammar, punctuation and style. Candidate must be able to work under pressure within time constraints and work well in a team environment.
