MT needed immediately

I am looking for a couple of MTs for mainly clinic work. I am an MT (30+ years) and have many local accounts. I have way too much work at this time (most of the time), and would like to subcontract. Pay would be according to experience and the account being worked; however, will be paid by gross line. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone new in the business, as I have no problem mentoring/teaching. A wave player is essential as all tapes are converted to wave files. I hope to hear from someone soon!
