Transcription Services Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience with both acute care and specialty clinic transcription in an MTSO setting
• Minimum 2 years of quality assurance with both acute care and specialty clinic transcription in an MTSO setting
• Experience with management and transcription functions of an ASP transcription platform. Currently utilizing: DocQmanage/DocQscribe, Intrascript and Spantel
• Experience with on-site and telephone customer service with acute care and clinic personnel with ability to analyze and resolve problematic issues under pressure in a rapid manner.
• Experience with planning and implementation of roll-out of new clients on ASP transcription platform
• Experience with training clients, MTSO personnel and MT’s on ASP platforms
• Experience with creating training documentation for clients, MTSO personnel and MT’s
• Experience with managing daily transcription work flow requirements of MTSO
• Experience with creating and making formal presentations to potential clients and clients concerning MTSO services and technology
• Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, supervising and terminate new MT’s and administrative/clerical personnel
• Experience with MT’s
• CMT certification
• Some college
• college degree preferred but not required
