IC ophthalmology transcriptionist needed; evening position (PST)

Small MT Company expanding rapidly!

Looking to hire one home-based IC for MON-FRI evening (PST)veterinary ophthalmology transcription position. The work for this clinic position rounds off to approximately 400-600 lines per day, with the potential for future additional clinics/lines.

You MUST HAVE AND BE EXPERIENCED WITH: 2 years of ophthalmology transcription OR 10 years OVERALL transcription experience, MS Word, basic experience with Word macros, WavPlayer, DocShuttle Client, and DSL. Good long-distance phone plan is a plus while in training. I am willing to train in regard to DocShuttle Client software, but you must purchase from Bytescribe.com @ $99.00 (license is nontransferable and has limited installations). SylCount IV is optional.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, I am looking for a responsible, dedicated, and loyal worker who can meet deadlines and is not easily distracted or needs frequent time off. This account is expanding rapidly, and coverage for illness/vacation will be limited in the beginning. If you are not experienced in ophthalmology, but are a fast learner and have at least 10 years experience in various fields, you should have no problem picking this up!

Pay scale is based on 65 cpl @ 6-8¢ (ALL KEYSTROKES COUNTED, ALONG WITH BONUS TEMPLATE INFORMATION!). While in training, you will be paid 6¢ pl, which will increase to 7¢ pl when the work is consistently done without needing revision. Once you are to the point where you do not need regular reviewing of your reports, you will again be increased to 8¢ pl. There will be no further increases beyond this point.
