Provide permanent medical transcription services to large acute care and other facilities that are clients of Transcend Services, Inc.
Work from your home Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift positions available). Shift differential: 0.005 2nd shift; 0.01 3rd shift). In addition to a highly competitive cpl rate and access to direct deposit, we offer certification differential as well as a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and long- and short-term disability. PTO begins accruing in your second year of service with the company.
Transcend Services provides all necessary equipment, including state-of-the-art computers and monitors with 24x7 coverage from our Technical Support Group.
Requirements · A minimum of 2 years recent work experience in acute care; 5 years is preferred. · Strong recent background in operative notes, experience with the 4 major work types, 98% accuracy and experience working with English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) dictators is required. ·
Candidates MUST have access to DSL or cable modem services. No satellite, wireless, or dial-up services.
