Provide permanent medical transcription services to large acute care and other facilities that are clients of Transcend Services, Inc. Qualified candidate must be able to work from your home. In addition to a highly competitive cpl rate and access to direct deposit, we offer production incentives, shift and certification differentials (0.005 2nd shift; 0.01 3rd shift) as well as a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and long- and short-term disability. PTO begins accruing in your second year of service with the company. Transcend Services provides all necessary equipment, including state-of-the-art computers and monitors with 24x7 coverage from our Technical Support Group with a minimal leasing fee so that if something happens to your system, we can get you back up and running quickly.
Requirements · A minimum of 2 years recent work experience in acute care. 5 years is preferred. · Strong recent background in operative notes is required · Experience with the 4 major work types is required · 98% accuracy. · Experience working with English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) dictators is required. · Candidates MUST have access to DSL or cable modem services. No satellite, wireless, or dial-up services are allowed, as they do not work well with our encryption software. · Must be able to work immediately in the US. · No offshore agencies or inquiries.
