Provide permanent medical transcription services to large acute care and other facilities that are clients of Transcend Services, Inc. Qualified candidate must be able to work from your home Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday (1st, 2nd, 3rd shift positions available).
In addition to a highly competitive cpl rate and access to direct deposit, we offer production incentives, shift and certification differentials (0.005 2nd shift; 0.01 3rd shift) as well as a benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and long- and short-term disability. PTO begins accruing in your second year of service with the company.
A minimum of 2 years recent work experience in acute care. 5 years is preferred. · Strong recent background in operative notes is required · Experience with the 4 major work types is required · 98% accuracy. · Experience working with English-as-a-Second-Language (ESL) dictators is required. · Candidates MUST have access to DSL or cable modem services. No satellite, wireless, or dial-up services are allowed, as they do not work well with our encryption software. · Must be able to work immediately in the US. · No offshore agencies or inquiries.
