This is a permanent, full-time position, work from home, Mon - Fri 1st shift. Job Description: Responsible for providing feedback to the MT staff as needed for quality improvement; handle high volume of work on a daily basis that needs to be returned within the required turnaround time; provide feedback to trainees and complete the 100% audits on their work; responsible for doing random QA audits on the current MLS staff. May eventually move into a trainer position. PTO begins accruing immediately at a rate of 5 hours per pay period, but is not available to use until the 90-day probation period is complete. Requirements: Formal QA experience is required in large, remote environment. MUST have solid background with op notes. CMT preferred. Strong desire to assist and teach our team of remote MTs. Maintain knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, clinical medicine surgery, diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, pharmacology, and the various medical specialties as required; strong ear for ESL dictators. Computer savvy (we use Dictaphone and Lanier, and currently operate on 2 separate workstations that are provided by the Company). Reliable attendance and consistently work scheduled shift. MUST have a reference library and have strong internet research skills.
