A Sr. Medical Transcriptionist transcribes medical dictation to provide a permanent record of patient care. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Medical language specialist who interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and other health care professionals regarding patient assessment, work-up, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc., in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of health care services.
