Under general direction, responsible for transcribing all MOST reports. Performs all duties within department and hospital policies and procedures. Transcribes MOST reports including priority reports through the use of a word processor and computerized dictation equipment. Follows specified procedures for dispatching finished reports to designated persons for approval and signature, and for dispatching copies to appropriate individuals. Verify accuracy of patient information such as name and physician name.
High School graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology. Word processing skill experience necessary. Contact Information
