Acute Care Transcriptionist

To provide permanent medical transcription services to an acute care account based in Chicago that is a client of Transcend Services, Inc. This account uses Laniers (which we will provide), but candidates MUST have 2 phone lines and DSL or cable Internet (or be able to get it). The Lanier will dial into an 800 number. To work on this account, you will receive a $0.005 cpl differential to cover the cost of the 2nd phone line.
ONLY Available shifts are: * Tu-Sat or Wed-Sun 6a-2p EST * Sun-Th 1st Shift.
Requirements · A minimum of 2 years recent work experience in as a clinic transcriptionist is required. 5 years is preferred, 98% accuracy. Candidates MUST have access to DSL or cable modem services. No satellite, wireless, or dial-up services are allowed as they do not work well with our encryption software. · Must be able to work immediately in the US. · No off-shore agencies or inquiries.
