Medical Transcription – QA Manager

Full Time day shift-facility position
Salary: $45,480.00 / year (including health insurance benefits)

We have opening for a facility-based position in Bakersfield, CA; selected candidates will be provided with relocation assistance.

Requirements: College graduates, preferably in medical sciences. A minimum of five (5) years full time experience, working in a hospital or transcription service company, supervising QA editors or/and transcriptionists. Proven business skills (quality assurance, scheduling & supervising work flow, ensuring turnaround times, customer support, marketing & client relations, audit performance reports, human resources & recruiting). Must have the ability to comprehend various dictation dialects; knowledge of AAMT guidelines; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent eye, hand, auditory coordination and strong skills in English grammar, punctuation and style; ability to work under pressure with time constraints. CMT status required. RHIA/RHIT credentials a plus.
