TRANSCRIPTION Medical Transcriptionists Hamot Medical Center is seeking a full-time and a part-time first shift Medical Transcriptionist. Candidates for both positions must be knowledgeable in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, be able to type 60 wpm and have an excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and sentence structure. Candidates must have two years of medical transcription experience in an acute care facility or an Associate Degree in Medical Transcription. Weekends and holiday rotation are required. We are offering a new salary structure, flexible work hours and an excellent benefit package. Hamot provides computer equipment to enable Transcriptionist to work from their homes after successfully reaching productivity and quality requirements.
