Ensures accuracy and efficiency of Health Information Management (HIM) processes (release of information, assembly/analysis, final analysis, archive filing, transcription, information processing, or combination of processes on nights/weekends) and software applications; provides coordination of information requests as needed.HS graduate with 2 years medical record experience in hospital-based transcription; CMT preferred. Operational knowledge of required flow of Health Information processes to ensure efficiency. Computer literacy, strong leadership skills, persuasive communication skills, effective organizational skills, proven team building skill, and strong analytical skills are a requirement.
