Medical Transcriptionist I: Medical language specialist who interprets and transcribes dictation by physicians and/or other healthcare professionals. Applying advanced medical and surgical terminology skills to produce complete and comprehensive reports, to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services. Performs all other job duties as assigned. Medical Transcriptionist II: This level completes a wider variety of more complicated medical transcription assignments than the level I. Performs all other job duties as assigned.
