Method of sending/receiving dictation: We use FTP software to move voice and documents, in a HIPAA compliant manner, to our server. High-speed Internet (DSL or cable)

Hardware/Software: Cable/DSL, FTP, Fax machine/software. Bytescribe, Gear Player or Start Stop
