If you…

• Can transcribe physician dictated reports such as discharge summaries, operative notes, clinic notes and referral letters for inclusion it the patients’ permanent medical record.
• Transcribe dictated discharge summaries, operative notes, outpatient practice site notes, outpatient practice site letters, psychiatric practice site notes, psychiatric letters, and variety of other work types. Knowledge of Radiology terminology and word processing.
• Have two years of previous hospital and/or medical transcription experience in transcribing discharge summaries, operative notes, outpatient practice site notes, history and physicals in radiology.
• Have the ability to type 60-70 wpm with little or no errors.
