TRANSCRIPTION
Full Time, Home Based - flexible hours
The Medical Transcriptionist accurately transcribes dictated medical reports, checks transcribed material in order to ensure it is free from error, and reports chart information to physicians in a professional manner. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Experience
Minimum experience of one year in medical transcription Minimum Education
High School or equivalent Preferred Certification/Registration
Certified Medical Transcriptionist Physical Requirements
Excellent hearing acuity
Manual dexterity and mobility
Mostly sedentary work Skills: Job Skills
Transcriber
Word Processor Skills: Other
General knowledge of medical terminology
Transcribe 10 minutes per hour for Radiology, 14 minutes per hour for Medical
