located in beautiful Eugene, has an excellent opportunity for a Transcription Services Manager to provide daily management and leadership for our Transcription Department, including contract transcriptionists and company Couriers. Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing department budget, policies, and procedures as well as all aspects of personnel management. Ideal candidate will have certificate from technical school of medical transcription technology as well as personnel management practices. Excellent English and grammatical skills essential; typing ability of at least 60 wpm. Two years supervisory experience preferred.
