Summary:
Transcribes recorded dictation for physcians, medical students and other health care providers in a timely and accurate manner. Documents include patient histories and physicals, consultations, operative reports, discharge summaries, pathology reports, radiology reports, physician office notes and other medical documents. Must have one year related experience an medical terminology.
