Hi, my name is Marcia, I would like to know if its its possible to get his medical record ??, my father who deceased was hospitalized in Saint Francis hospital in poughkeepsie , NY, and im very interested to obtain a copy of it if its possible what should i show as a requirement? im outside of the US territory
