According to this lawsuit and the reasoning for the hospitals suing....

If you charge a hospital or client MORE than you pay your employees then you can be sued BIG TIME!

What a joke! This shows that these attorneys and hospitals have absolutely NO clue about transcription and how people make their money. I was an IC w/MQ and I knew they were getting xxx per line and paying me xxx per line. That's no secret! According to this lawsuit I should have been paid the same amount that MQ was receiving from the hospitals! What a fricken joke! No I'm not! MQ got the account, not me, supplied all the means for me to the work and paid me xx lines. They are supposed to make money - just like EVERY OTHER MT company or MTSO or IC out there who hires someone to work for them!

These attorneys and hospitals should get a clue! What a bunch of idiots!
