It makes me angry to think where this industry has come to. I've been transcribing since 1976. I have a lot of knowledge, but the only thing that's important anymore is production. I can only type in short bursts due to medical problems. I just do enough to make the line quota and sometimes a little more. I just can't do it. I'm also tired of the games that go on with these companies. They give us all these production incentives like they're giving us something wonderful, but on the other hand are cutting our line count so we end up having to work harder for the same pay! Do they think we're stupid?!  It is hard sometimes to get motivated to work.
