Insulting at the least

I realy try to always look at the good in all things, but I agrree with you that was insulting. I do not expect much, simple, but thoughtful things show that they put some thought and time into the reward. I have to wonder what they were thinking when they sent someone to the doller store for the paper clip??? I have noticed may companies did nothing at all and some people really take things to heart and fell unappreciated. I always give 150% to my company because I fell like I found a very professional team to work with and under, so when they send something as small as a Starbucks card because they were thinking how great I was doing or a free movie pass for two, I put a smile on my face and feel good about the work.
